Grilled Portabella “Ribs”
Portabella mushrooms are a versatile, flavorful ingredient that is nutrient packed and can easily fit into any BBQ party – no matter the audience! Try marinating with different sauces before grilling as it will soak up all flavors!
Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserve for other use. Brush mushrooms with olive oil, and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Grill over hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side, brush with BBQ sauce and grill another 3 minutes on each side until desired color is achieved. Remove from heat and slice into “ribs”.
