Ginger Tahini Dressing

Description

Spice up your salad with a healthy dose of ginger, which is well-known to help soothe stomachaches and reduce nausea, but also can be used for as an anti-inflammatory throughout the body. Be sure to look buy gluten-free tamari if you are trying to make a gluten-free version of this recipe.

Ingredients

2 tbsp
raw sesame tahini
1 tbsp
tamari or soy sauce
1 tbsp
rice vinegar
3 tsp
raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
2 tbsp
mirin or cooking sake
1 tbsp
maple syrup
2 tsp
fresh ginger root, minced
1⁄2 clove
garlic, crushed
  to taste
crushed black pepper and sea salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together ingredients until mixture achieves desired thickness.
