Ginger Tahini Dressing
Spice up your salad with a healthy dose of ginger, which is well-known to help soothe stomachaches and reduce nausea, but also can be used for as an anti-inflammatory throughout the body. Be sure to look buy gluten-free tamari if you are trying to make a gluten-free version of this recipe.
2 tbspraw sesame tahini
1 tbsptamari or soy sauce
1 tbsprice vinegar
3 tspraw apple cider vinegar (optional)
2 tbspmirin or cooking sake
1 tbspmaple syrup
2 tspfresh ginger root, minced
1⁄2 clovegarlic, crushed
to tastecrushed black pepper and sea salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together ingredients until mixture achieves desired thickness.
