Enjoy the Summer taste of sweet watermelon in a healthy and refreshing drink, as a slushy or as popsicles - a treat that everyone can feel good about!
Directions:
Place watermelon and water in a blender. Blend until liquid. Squeeze ½ lime and mix. Add a sprig of fresh mint and serve it over ice.
For a slushy:
Pour the blended drink (without the ice and mint) in a shallow pan and freeze. Scrape the frozen drink with an ice cream scoop and serve it in a tall glass.
For popsicles:
Add the blended drink (without the ice and mint) into popsicle molds and freeze.
