ground cinnamon

1 cup
filtered water, more to taste
ice to taste
Instructions
Directions:
In a blender, place greens, blueberries, date, flax meal, nut butter, spices and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth. Add more water to achieve preferred consistency. Serve over ice.
