* Exported from MasterCook * Brain Power Matcha Berry Smoothie Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 banana 1/2 cup cup walnuts, soaked for at least 15 minutes 1 cup filtered water 1 tsp matcha powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon Drain the soaked walnuts and discard the water. In the cup of a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high until well combined. Adjust for water if needed by adding a few tablespoons more at a time.
